Age 65 went angioplasty. 8hrs after angioplasty ,  he started having internal bleeding in stomach and  later had blood vomiting.  Next day endoscopy was done and mallory wiess tear detected  He never had any symptomps of ulcers nor acidity  in last 15 yrs or so. What can cause mallory wiess tear

forceful vomiting, retching or straining. Symptoms, including vomiting blood and dark, sticky stools. Consult near by Gastroenterologist for physical examination and further management
