Post Mumps Male Infertility,Azoospermia. Left testicular atrophy... Testosterone is normal ...Can Hormone Therapy restore fertility ? Any treatment ?

No testosterone hormonal therapy won’t help in fertility. Since only 1 testis is normal fertility needs assistance. May need to induce pregnancy with medicines or may ART assisted reproductive technology. Need to consult fertility specialist.
