I have varicocel grade 1 and unable to father a child from last 5 years,my sperm count is good but sperm motility is poor, following is Usg of scrotum. 1.Bilateral minimal hydrocele right>left 2.Left sided grade i varicocele maximum diameter       2.1 mm of veins in pampiniform plexus during valsalva 3. bilateral testis and epididymis shows normal vascularity on color doppler. Attached sperm routine plz advice.
