Cannot really comment on the price aspect of anything because the prices differ from place to place.
Consult a physician in person and tell them, they will perform a general checkup and advice few blood tests if required.
Only then go ahead with the tests or else you might end up getting unnecessary tests as well.
The process would be that, the physician would ask you a few questions about any symptoms you face and check your vitals like pulse, blood pressure, temperature, sp02, and then perform a basic examination on you, and then suggest a few tests.
