Ive been having severe sore throat with very bad headache n body ache since yest morning. I hve a baby 1 month old n m breastfeeding him only. I didnt took any medicines as I was scared it might have bad effect on him. But I checked n ppl saying that taking dolo 650 is all fine while BF. How often I can take dolo 650 in a day or after a gap of how many hours?? Plz help me...
