Can lymphoma symptoms such as itching and fatigue come and go over a two year period, or are they usually always present?

How do u know it is just lymphoma, did u consult any surgeon or physician, who told u it is just lymphoma n does not require any further tests to prove like Biopsy ?consult again any of them now for yr own good.
