Can u tell me how is lymphoma diagnosed? Having generalised symptoms like Fatigue, cold hands and feet, itchy feet... night hot flashes ( no sweating just warmth sensations) I once had cbc with blood smear... it didn't reveal anything much apart from bit high lymphocytes and marginally high platelets I know many people of my age who have been diagnosed with Lymphoas

Hello , I do understand your query. Lymphoma and leukaemia are diagnosed via blood tests . The total counts are elevated and the peripheral smear will show abnormal cells . Esr also will be elevated . You will then require a bone marrow for further evaluation depending on the clinical scenario. Any further queries, do contact . Will be happy to help . Regards
