I took a medical test for my work and found lymphocytes more than normal. I googled and found it may because of Leukemia. Is that so?

hello. there could be many reasons for a lymphocytes to be elevated, like viral infections, parasitic infections, after removing the spleen etc. not leukaemia. and the other causes are more common than leukaemia. dnt be tensed. hope this info helps. regards
