Hey i am a boy , i am 14 years old turning 15 soon within 3 months i have found lumps in both my breast in right and left and the breast size in also increased but since i am already healthy no one notices that as a problem the lump does not hurts but sometimes it start to hurt a very little there is no sign of nipple discharge or any serious thing going around the . I noticed the lump 1 year ago and from that time i had no medication and there are no changes it is still like that .
