I have a big swollen lump on my right armpit and two small lumps (painful) on my left armpit. I am little worried as have read it to be a symptom of cancer. Suggest way forward to get the treatment initiated.

If it  is  of sudden  onset  mostly  it is because  of  the  infection  of sweat glands in the  armpits.  Cancer is unlikely  but you need  to  get it examined.
