Hpe shows invasive ductal caricinoma (grade II). Mamography shows both breast composed of predominantly fibroglandular tissue (cat c). No micro vascular calcification is seen in bilateral breast. Skin , nipple, areolae & subreolar area of both are normal. Visualosed porton of both axille appear normal. USG shows Post op status right breast with well defined complex collection in retroareolar regionof rt breast suggistive of seroma.
