Hey I'm 16 and I hot a pea like mass on my left testicle it grows when I cum and eventually grow smaller. It can move from top to bottom of the testicle. Is it a spermatocele cuz I got a epididymitis (an infection) a year or two ago

Hello User. Went through your post ,any swelling in scrotum is considered abnormal and needs examination and evaluation so best thing is to do Doppler ultrasound of scrotum to find out what it is. Regards
