I have noticed a lump on the right side of my throat for the last one week. It is not painful and I don't have any other complaints. What could it be?

You seem to be having hypertropied tonsils inside your throat which is not really abnormal if not associated with throat pain and difficulty in swallowing. Usually it is result of childhood throat infections
