Had a lump on neck for a few years and though it was a pimple that would go away but now getting scared since i never though that it could be cancer plz help doc

Hello,  for your age such kind of swelling usually will be benign,  I.e., not cancerous..  However for precautions it's better to consult a doctor for examination,  and if required a Biopsy for confirming the diagnosis.
