I wrecked my mountain bike 2 weeks ago and had a massive bruise on my inner thigh. I wrecked into a log and a branch stabbed me in the thigh. The log didnt break the skin and only gave me a nasty bruise from my groin down to my knee on my inner thigh. Now, where the log made impact, there is a small lump of fluid about the size of a golf ball. My groin tendon is sore, but the lump itself is painless.
