I have a small pea sized lump on back of my head.it's on the lower right side.when it is touched it hurts ,is it somthind serious?

Hello Dear, Lump under the skin can mostly be either a cyst or lymphoma. However if you can send a picture of the lump, I will be able to diagnose it better. Either the lymphoma or the sebaceous cyst, both are harmless.

It's probably furunculosis or folliculitis. A picture of the lesion would help in the diagnosis. See a doctor for definitive diagnosis.
