Lump on Back of Head
I have a bump behind my ear. It feels like a bulge in the bone with a smaller, round, moveable lump on top of that.
It's on the base of my skull, right behind my right ear.
I've also had sinus congestion for 8 weeks, and a sore throat off and on during that time. My tonsils on my right side feel inflamed. My right ear also has a bit of fluid in it.
I've also experienced muscle soreness in my neck.
You seem to be suffering from acute cervical lymphadenitis which can feel like a swelling behind the ear. Lymphadenitis occurs secondary to any infection, in your case it may be throat infection.
