Hi Doctor I feel like there's lump in my throat. I already take antacid but it's not working. What the cause of this? Thank you so much

Hello It could be due to multiple reasons In women If iron def anemia.there could be a web So better to get endoscopy done To look for esophagitis

Avoid oily fried and spicy food • avoid lemon orange tamarind Avoid cabbage  cauliflower lentil milk to prevent bloating • donot lie immediately after having food • sit atleast 1 hour after food • have 75% stomach  full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion •have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals • lie on left side while sleeping • keep your head end  elevated while sleeping
