There was an itching first and then its getting worse with lump formation and the size of the lump seem increasing and itching is getting worse. and there is abnormal discharge yellowish discharge.please help

Plz get examined from Gynec.and then need medical or surgical plus medical treatment.. its abscess mostly as yellowish discharge there.difficult to comment upon without examining.
