Wbc count -14000 High polymorph Low lymphovytes LUMP IN BETWEEN NECK AND JAW PAINFUL very mildly warm body Plz answer wt it could be hb12.6

High WBC count indicates infection. Warm body is due to fever which is due to infection. Swelling in the place you describe could most likely arise form swollen tonsils or swollen lymph node. So you may have Tonsillitis or Lymphadenitis. For medication consult online in private.
