For 8 months in pain.From my lower back extended to both my thighs knees and feet soles. In the night while sleeping my pain worsens

Back pain radiating into the legs could be due to Sciatica and there could be pressure on the nerves. You need an MRI of spine and consultation with a Neurospine specialist.
