Hi i m 22 yo male I have got LPR in last july on and off it bother me I feel problem in speaking Its like some sharp needle poking in my throat left side and that pain also feel to my left ear I am i beginner singer but this LPR distroying my career and life... That tablets works for sometime and again suddenly this pain gets severe. Any cure for this except that stupid diet plan and all Thank you

Please avoid spicy oily and citrus foods Keep gap of 2hours between dinner and sleep Avoid alcohol and smoking if in case you have addiction
