Hello...  Structure present  in left lower abdomen  is small small  intestines,  descending colon , ovaries in female..  Problem could  be as simple  as constipation,  indigestion or serious..  Cannot  guess in online.. You have to consult  general surgeon.in nearest hospital.. ....
