Lower legs slightly turning to black col

My father is diabetic from 20 years. Since from 7 days his legs ( lower side) turning to black. Currently he is using insulin (pricking), twice in a day. Coming to his blood sugar readings are within control.

Hi Thanks for your query. He could be having some form of infection or dermatitis. See a Dermatologist personally asap.
