Pain is in the lower back from three days. Can't move sit stand. I had taken painkiller saridon Nd apply moov spray .Pain was getting better suddenly I bend downwards and again pain getting worse

Use powerflam spray 3-4times a day at the site of pain.                    Tab cipzox-one in the morning one in the afternoon one at night-3days after food.                     Tab pirox one in the morning one in the night. 3days                    tab pan-d one in the morning one in the night before food 3days.
