I'm planning for baby my last period of first day may 3rd and my ovulation is 17th may... Now my lower back planing a lotzz I cant control.. Why paining like this

If it's related to the spine or something else how can we know without taking a detailed history and without checking. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
