Last period date  11 march  then iui implement on 24 march I slept today afternoon then i have sudden abdominal pain it  can cause any serious problem it symptoms for period or pregnant

As you have not missed your periods per say we do not have to think pregnancy straight away ! Consult a specialist G&O !
