I have lower abdominal pain since 3 days I want to know the cause and some medicine tips & some advise...

Need more information to comment. Pain is either right or left side? Exact location of pain etc to tell d cause. Are having any urine symptoms ? Get an usg abdomen if pain is persiatent.
