Gall Bladder: Tiny polyp/cholesterosis, (maximum 2mm to 3mm in diameter) is seen at lower end of gall bladder lumen in the anterior gall bladder wall just above the septa. 2. Mild right sided hydronephrosis with hydro-ureter due to calculus measuring (0.6 cm) in right vesico-ureteric junction. what's implication?

Small VU junction stones have chances of spontaneous expulsion in3 weeks time usually.if not ureteroscopic removal can be done. If symptomatic,Gall bladder polyposis should be treated surgically.if not only good follow up is required
