Lower abdomen pain

I am having lower abdomen pain since last 2 months. Pain starts again after urination but no pain while urination it happen all day i attached my usg report

Scan just shows a Gall bladder stone / polyp which is not the cause of your problems. Your symptoms may be due to urinary infection. You will require further evaluation

Consult an urologist +/- gastroenterologist
