I have been feeling very tired and weak for the last 2 months. T3 level is 165.21 T4 level is 14.0 but TSH level is only 0.04. Pls advise.

If you are on Thyroxine, you need to reduce the dose of Thyroxine. And if you are not on Thyroxine then you are having hyperthyroidism and need to consult An Endocrinologist for detailed evaluation and further plan of management
