I'm a non diabetic person suddenly I'm feeling too much low then some one tell me that pls check your sugar and I checked my sugar after meal 1:30 hour my sugar level is 72 please suggest me what should I do next

72 in a non diabetic is not low sugar . It’s a normal blood sugar .
