My father is diognised as an ITP patient in last august, he was prescribed to take cartico steroids for about 9-10 months, he had also been given with rituximob treatment in the month of january, he was developing lot of complications with the use of steroids. Recently 3 weeks back he was asked to stop taking the steroids. Since then his platelets count is falling down drastically. We are very much anxious about his health. 4 days back on monday his platelet count was 60000 and today on friday they are 38000. Kindly anybody help me in this regard.
