Last year I had a bronocolites in Jun month which persists for 3-4 months. Doctors advised medicines and nabulisation therapy. After treatment cough get over but platelets count reach at level of 1.27 lakh which now further goes down to 1.15 lakh. I still have occasional cough having phlegum. Now I get tired so early after few minutes walk etc. Please advise the treatment

Hello user. Greetings. Well your cough problem has nothing to do with the falling platelets counts. Platelets as good as above 1 lakh does not cause any issue. It needs to be conaidered only when belore 50000 and causing bleeding from any site of the body. For cough, start with syrup. Ambroxol 2 tsp thrice a day and tab. Levocet 5mg twice a day. Youll recover soon. Thank you!
