I am suffering from low platelet count between 100 to 150 since last 2-3 months Is it a serious problem or signs of hiv anymore? Yes I didn't have any treatment and cure to balance platelet count yet. I have just  get tested 3-4 times and varying platelets bw 100 to 150. Pls help
