  4. Low PI% and Head. What i should do?

Hello doc, past few days i have noticed clenching nerve tightness inside back of middle head which often releases and again gets tight. Upon checking with oxymeter i notice PI% as low as 2 when that happens otherwise it remain fine above 4. What i should do ?
