Low lying placenta

I am 14 weeks pregnant. NT scan suggested low lying placenta. lower Margin is reaching upto the internal OS. i have also attached my usg report. Do i need to be on bed rest or can i do the normal day to day activities and continue light walking for 30 mins. Please guide.
