Low libido & weak Erection

I have chronic Pancreatitis which has caused diabetes. I take Insulin for diabetes and Pancreatic enzymes & multivitamins for digestion. Off late, my Erections were not strong and now I don't get Erections at all. It's once a month now which is not sufficient to penetrate. Plz help
