Sudden bout of Irregular periods(3x in last month), cystic acne in chin, weight loss over last few months. Blood test revealed low iron. Attaching blood test report. What is the root cause of these symptoms? Is it anyhow related to hormone imbalance? Is iron anemia because of internal bleeding or polyps.
