Been detected with low hemoglobin and platelets. Suffering from loose motions for last 3 weeks. No significant problem except that have started feeling week in last 2-3 days

4 haemoglobin is not a good value. Any haemogobin below 7 warrants admission. So better to repeat haemoglobin. Platelets are also low. You need to visit any physician.
