Having weakness and body pain. Constantly low level of hb from 6-8gm/dl, constant weakness, and short of breath, can't concentrate, having this anaemia problem since i was 14 and still having it, my hb always stays in between 6-8 and it gets worse with constant weakness. If i take medicines and injections it goes up to 10 but as soon as i am off them. Within a month it goes back to 6-8.
