Low grade fever

I get mild low grade fever once in every 8-9 days. (Earlier fever was present everyday 24×7) Now it comes once in 8-9 days. It self subsides within 2-3 days without medicines. No other symptoms It shows normal temp. On thermometer. All tests done Cbc esr malaria typhoid dengue hivlft rft urine culture Sugarthyroid all normal Pls help Its happening since 5 months. Since i recovered from typhoid
