I had been to AIM( access invotion medicine) .. n shown ma MRI report.. results are Mild disc bulge.. Doctor advice fa Spine decompression unit and Robert 4 cold laser treatment.. its charge around 40k(Forty thousands) .. its that wrong fa mild disc bulge.. whether i need to opt dat .. its that worth of money

I dont think u need such severe steps for a small disc buldge Please consider taking physiotherapy and learning back strengthening excs It wil help u with effective rehabilitaion Plus u can take traction
