I took off my shirt and found a half centimeter deep, quarter centimeter wide hole on my chest which has been bleeding for at least the last 7 minutes since I found it but probably longer. It definitely isn't a scratch, it looks more like I pulled a huge thorn out of my chest or burned it but I don't think I've hurt myself lately especially because my clothes above it are not damaged. It only hurts if I push on it. No puss only blood. I have minor anemia and asthma but that's it.
