Hello doctor,.I am marine engineer by profession, so mostly on ships , working for last 6 years now , ,Now realise that I have lost interest on sex , I have very bad sex life, hardly get erection and that too not complete like I remember before 3-4 years. During sex also end very soon, couldn't satisfy my sex partner now. Please suggest some medication which I can take and safe for me even on ship, something natural ones , and need advice and suggestions to how to get back to before. Best regards Ajay

One learn good sex gradually with regular practice with cooperative partner. So failure in casual sex with casual partner is not uncommon. Nothing to worry, may take on demand tabs, just before sex. It may help u, but not regularly.
