Loss of smell since one week

Hello doctors , I am not getting any smell since one week . 100 % smell loss is there . I don't have any other problem everything is alright no fever no cold nothing . What could be the reason for this . Any home treatment or medicine ?? Is it normal pls reply doctors thanks in advance
