Loss of penis sensitivity

I have a loss of sensitivity in the penis during intercouse and cannot keep an erection hard enough for sex. Either does it feel great in case it does go in. I also have trouble urinating in a straight line or 1 flow, and sometimes have to urinate frequently. Is this issue worth consulting for? How to solve my penis sensitivity issue is my main area of concern.
