Hi there I was recently diagnosed with having a stricture in my urethra. The flow of urine is constricted and not free flowing. It often burns and I have to push to empty my bladder. I have been advised to get surgery. A. Are there any other possible treatments? B. Is a sudden loss of libido and weak erections a result of the stricture?
