Loss of appetite in 4.5 months old baby

Hello my baby boy is 4.5 months old. Since last two days, he is suddenly refusing to drink breastmilk and formula both. Sometimes he does drink lil bit milk( 30-40 ml) and then pushes away the bottle while bottle feeding and my breast while breastfeeding.. and then he gets fussy..I am on my periods from last two days, does it make any difference in the taste or could it be due to hot weather. I am really worried. Pls help.

Greetings kindly feed the child every 2 hrly, feed based on the demand of the child .
