Losing weight & feeling weakness.

Age is 29, single  it's been around 14 years since I have started mastrubation. would masturbate daily sometimes and weekly twice sometimes n stopped it, starting doing it. tried to stop doing this many times, but that urge cannot let me stop it. I didn't seek help on this b4. now I have ejaculated early (10 secs) and always getting boner even when seeing cuddling scenes. penis are looks small, feeling pain testicles when watching porn. stopped it for a year now after I feeling losing myself in remembering things, hairfall, shivering problems & pain in abdomen n testicles but now I started losing weight (from 88 kgs to 75) and my hands are going thinner, veins coming out. seriously I dont have an idea how to overcome this.. my whole life is disappointment now. is there a chance to overcome all these issues ? please let me know..
